Meet Chelsea Miller, Operations Manager
The name on the practice is Dr. Dylan Miller, but the patient experience is built by Dylan and Chelsea together. Chelsea leads day-to-day operations, manages scheduling and patient communication, supports follow-up and keeps the many details of two clinic pathways moving in the same direction.
Her nursing background gives her a practical understanding of patient needs, while her work across social media and community communication helps turn Dr. Miller’s clinical ideas into clear, useful information people can actually find and understand.
Chelsea is not simply helping behind the scenes. She is a central part of the business, the family and the way patients experience this practice.
